International Flights: After Collecting Your Luggage YOU MUST CALL US AT 1-800-815-1570 Option 2 and we will dispatch the Vehicle from the holding area and the Chauffeur will meet you curbside.
International flight: 45 minutes of FREE waiting time. This grace period starts 30 minutes AFTER the flight ACTUALLY lands (not the scheduled arrival time), allowing more time to clear customs. If you are lucky enough to pass through immigration and customs within 30 minutes of flight arrival, please do NOT expect your driver to be waiting for you as they are instructed to arrive 30 minutes after arrival.
If You Cannot Locate Your Chauffeur For Any Reason, Do Not Leave As You Will Be Charged As A No-Show. Please Call Us Immediately And We Will Assist You To Locate Your Chauffeur
